Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web application "UnllessAI".

1. Information We Collect

  • Email address, avatar, and username provided via social login (Google or Discord).
  • Credit balance, used to display your session status and track your available generation credits.
  • Inputs used for content generation (such as prompts, aspect ratio, quality, etc.), stored to allow you to view and revisit your previous creations.
  • Purchase records including credit pack, date of purchase, and associated user, sent by Polar.sh via webhook.

2. Use of Your Information

Your data is used solely to operate and improve the App. We do not sell your data to third parties. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Manage your account and credit usage.
  • Allow you to view your previous generations and understand how they were created.
  • Track metrics and model usage history for internal analytics.
  • Display your purchase history.

3. Data Retention

Generated content images are stored for up to 30 days, after which it is deleted. However, generation metadata (model used, prompts, etc.) is retained in a soft-deleted state for internal analytics and usage history purposes.

Generated content will be publicly visible on the site for the duration of its availability (up to 30 days), unless deleted by the user or expired.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Polar.sh. We only store information related to the purchase such as the credit package, date, and user ID to display your purchase history. We do not store any payment method information. All credits are non-refundable, as clearly stated in the App.

5. Account Deletion

While you cannot delete your account directly through the App, you may request permanent deletion by contacting our support team. Deleting your account will also remove all your credits and associated data permanently.

6. Analytics

We use PostHog to anonymously track user interactions, such as page visits and click events. This data is used strictly to improve the App and enhance the user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

7. Cookies

The App does not currently use cookies.

8. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and modify your personal information.
  • Request full deletion of your account and all associated data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App.
