Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application "UnllessAI". By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.

2. User Registration

Users must register using a third-party authentication service (Google or Discord) via Clerk. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

3. Credit System

Upon registration, you will receive an initial amount of credits to generate content. Each generation consumes credits based on the model selected. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable. If a generation fails due to a technical issue, credits are usually refunded automatically. If not, you may contact support to report the issue.

4. Content Generation and Ownership

The App allows users to generate images using third-party AI models. These models may have specific limitations and content restrictions, and prompts may be adjusted for compliance. You are fully responsible for the content you generate and its intended use.

Temporary copies of your generations images are stored to allow download and reference, but the user retains ownership of their creations.

5. Acceptable Use

Misuse of the App, including the generation or distribution of harmful, offensive, or illegal content, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block or suspend users who violate these terms or abuse the system.

6. Account Deletion

Users cannot delete their account directly through the App. To request permanent deletion of your account and associated data, please contact our support team. Deletion is irreversible and will remove all stored data and remaining credits.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including AI model providers and Polar.sh for payment processing. You acknowledge and agree to abide by their respective terms of service and usage policies.

8. Credit Policy

Purchased credits are final and non-refundable. In the event that credit balances must be adjusted (e.g. due to misuse or platform changes), users will be notified in advance when possible.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance through the App. Continued use of the App after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
